We are looking for an experienced, creative, and passionate Social Media Manager, with a knack for content creation, to help deliver a world-class brand and content experience to our customers and beyond on our digital channels.
Plan, develop and deliver dynamic content for use across our digital assets (social media and online advertising platforms) that drive sales and increase influence and presence for marketing campaigns, within agreed timelines
This includes copywriting and working with the in-house creative team to create complementary imagery - both static and dynamic
Manage the like, share and comment functions of our social media channels including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram on a day-to-day basis to increase our SM footprint
Be responsible for increasing the following and presence of our social media assets by creating outstanding content that engages and resonates with our audience, creating brand equity and generating revenue
To build our digital footprint in line with the company's goals and to drive consistent sales and generate growth
To grow our SM following across each of our businesses
Keep up to date and implement new social media features and applications as needed to achieve sales results and stay relevant in the market
Work with creative team and Senior stakeholders in developing content briefs and managing them through to completion within set time frames and budgets
Develop key strategic partnerships with other premium brands that have synergy with us.
Manage influencers and ambassadors for the brand
At least 2 years experience in a similar role with relevant formal education
In-depth knowledge across all social media platforms
Proven work experience as a B2B and B2C social media and content specialist, producing highly compelling written content for the audiences
A proven track record of increasing customer engagement through social media strategy
A versatile writer with an extensive vocabulary
An in depth understanding of SEO
Proven experience with the creation and execution of digital content strategies
Ability to multitask and manage priorities to meet deadlines
You are data-savvy and are able to break down the numbers into actionable items and recommendations
We are offering a competitive salary, depending on your level of experience. The role starting as part-time, 3 days a week but has the potential to develop into full time for the right candidate.
