Purchasing & Administration Officer

Complete Mobility & Rehab offers an expanded range of independent living solutions and innovative products to support healthy ageing and independent living for our elders and those living with a disability, who are wanting to keep, regain or better their independence and to carers and health professionals who often provide the front line of support for those in need.  

The ideal candidate will be an individual that is compassionate, driven and highly versatile. You will be hands on and have outstanding problem-solving skills.

What do we need 

You will bring a positive attitude, be warm and friendly with excellent organisational skills, great communication skills and an autonomous nature with the desire to own the role.


You will be joining a fast-paced office environment in a role that includes a variety of responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Purchasing- Creating orders and liaising with suppliers
  • Stock Control- Ensuring that stock is maintained at the required 
  • Sourcing Products
  • Data Entry 
  • Assisting other staff with tasks
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Assist in building and maintaining strong supplier relationships
  • General administrative duties as required


To be successful in this role you must have the following skills and attributes:

  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a similar environment
  • Extensive experience utilising Xero accounting software
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service
  • Highly developed communication skills (by email and phone)
  • Be a problem solver with the ability to think on your feet to resolve issues quickly
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a team
