We are only 130kms from the Perth CBD and approximately 100kms from the coast. You will work a 7:7 roster so there will be plenty of time to enjoy the lifestyle this area can offer you.
What you will be doing
This newly created role will be responsible for the coordination ofAHS based training/assessment activities in accordance with business requirements.
- Developing operation training needs analysis within your area of responsibility
- Team up-skilling to ensure current competency is maintained
- Assist departments in achieving their training targets
- Training package development/upgrades
- Facilitation of required training awareness programs
- Assist with on boarding new employees
- Training and assessment activities
- Identifying areas of improvements within the training management system
Who you are
With a current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, you will have experience as a Training Advisor in a large open cut hard rock mine. Your facilitation skills in the classroom and presenting of training and assessment compliance in the field environment along with your capability to develop training packages will be highly regarded, as is your ability to work in a highly motivated, innovative team. Your exceptional interpersonal, organisational and time management skills will be required for success in this role.
