One of Australias most progressive Federal Government Departments is looking to engage an enthusiastic and skilled Administration Officer / Customer Support Officer to work within a diverse team, responsible for managing complex and high volume work within their Adelaide Office. The successful candidates will secure a 5-month contract partnered extension options, at a competitive hourly rate

The successful Administration Officer / Customer Support Officer will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Supporting the implementation, operation and monitoring of the complaints handling function, consistent with the departments relevant legislative requirements
  • Carrying out the intake of new complaints via the phone, internal system and associated tasks including risk assessment and development of acknowledgement correspondence.
  • Contributing to education and training in relation to the effective handling of complaints to inform and educate participants, providers, and the public about the departments complaint handling functions
  • Developing excellent working relationships with a range of stakeholders, to facilitate the work of the complaints handling function, and the department more broadly.
