We have an opportunity for a Sales Professional to join the team at our Waterlea/Rowville community located in South East Melbourne. This is an opportunity to contribute to the delivery of a world-class experience to our customers by following the initial steps of the Stocklands sales process.
In this role you will be providing exceptional customer experience throughout the buying process; from lead to successful completion, ensuring your customers' needs are met whilst delivering against your sales targets.
Achievement of sales targets against set budgets
Contribute to and implement project launch and sales strategies in conjunction with marketing to ensure delivery of project objectives and reach our target audience
Diligently record leads in database & follow up to sales
Building strong relationships with potential buyers, the wider community and all internal and external stakeholders
Participate in team work in a manner that creates the environment where people excel
Comply with licensing and legal / compliance requirements
What are we looking for
Proven experience in face to face sales ideally from home building or built industries
Smart presentation with strong interpersonal and communication skills
A highly motivated and organised individual with a solution orientated approach to their work
You will be able to adapt to new technology with ease and if you have experience using Salesforce this is a bonus
Flexibility due to the nature of sales in the Property Industry you will need to work Weekends
