Office Administrator

We are seeking a competent Office Administrator to work with our successful sales team. Be a part of our award winning #1 Office with a shared purpose to remain a vital part of the Buderim community.

Roles will include

  • Approving of all supplier accounts and invoices

  • End of month reporting 

  • Preparing and processing Form 6s for the listing of property

  • Preparing and processing of Contracts of Sale

  • Managing Sales files leading up to settlement

  • Archiving and General Administration duties as requested.

To be successful in this role, ideally you will:

  • Be very process driven with the ability to prioritise

  • Be approachable and happy to assist;

  • Have the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team;

  • Have extraordinary time management skills and attention to detail;

  • Be a confident and clear communicator both in writing and verbally;

  • Present professionally.
