We are seeking a competent Office Administrator to work with our successful sales team. Be a part of our award winning #1 Office with a shared purpose to remain a vital part of the Buderim community.
Roles will include
Approving of all supplier accounts and invoices
End of month reporting
Preparing and processing Form 6s for the listing of property
Preparing and processing of Contracts of Sale
Managing Sales files leading up to settlement
Archiving and General Administration duties as requested.
To be successful in this role, ideally you will:
Be very process driven with the ability to prioritise
Be approachable and happy to assist;
Have the ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team;
Have extraordinary time management skills and attention to detail;
Be a confident and clear communicator both in writing and verbally;
