Office Administrator - Construction

My client is an excellent consultancy in the South West region of Sydney and  they are currently in a stage of rapid expansion and are looking for an Office Administrator, to join the team! 

Duties and Responsibilities of the role:

  • Managing administration duties
  • Assisting personal as well as site staff
  • Assisting the Director with Human Resources, advertising for vacancies, induction etc.
  • Coordinating monthly meetings
  • Collecting and collating monthly reports
  • Assisting with all Field staff of schedules 
  • Organising all company promotional materials,  ordering stationery and other office supplies
  • Diary Management
  • Assist with reception duties when required
  • Accounts Payable when required
  • Meet and greet customers, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Photocopying, faxing, scanning and plan printer copying as required.
  • Use of MS Office including Outlook to manage and complete tasks.
  • Ad hoc duties as required.

Skills and Experience Required for the Role: 

  • Office Management experience within Construction is a must
  • Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM 
  • Excellent Telephone Manner and communication Skills
  • Having experience in Xero accounts software would be beneficial 
  • Customer Service Focus and very presentable
