Due to ongoing growth in our operations, we are currently seeking applications for the role of Full Time Administrative Assistant for our Head Office Team, based at 17 Fenwick Street in Geelong. The Administrative Assistant role is a self-managed role that requires excellent self-motivation and initiative to work effectively independently and also as a supportive team member.
Preparation of reports including sales and financial reports
Claims and Commissions (ie - management of Telstra payments to our company and cross referencing with reports from our Point of Sale system)
General office support work (ie stock management and ordering)
General clerical work and other administrative tasks

Tech savvy able to pick up the use of new systems quickly including web-based software. Has a general understanding of the telecommunications industry
Developed skills in the use of Microsoft Outlook and Word, particularly Microsoft Excel
Basic accounting skills to read and understand simple financial reports (ie- Profit & Loss reports, Balance sheets)
