Payroll Project Specialist - 6 months Temp Role - North West Subs

Seeking an experienced Payroll Project Specialist to work with the team!! 

In this position you are required, but not limited to:

  • Participate in scoping implementation meetings with key business executives and stakeholders.
  • Guide staff through the implementation process and offer training
  • Support the wider team with technical and customer queries
  • Implement payroll product - plan, review and set up new client on system.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Recent experience using Preceda/ ADP
  • Project Implementation experience. 
  • Careful attention to detail and strong planning skills
  • The ability to manage multiple projects within tight time frames
  • Excellent communication skills, strong knowledge of payroll legislative requirements
  • Well developed analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Demonstrable experience training/mentoring staff with new processes and procedures
