An opportunity waits for an experienced BOOKKEEPER with a background in an Accounting practice to work with a small and dynamic team of professionals in the western area
The focus of the position is to work with Clients' accounting records, ensuring a high level of customer support and service. You will be part of a small team and required to also offer administrative support as necessary.
The following experience is sought for this position:
A strong background in Bookkeeping practices, ideally within an Accounting practice.
Minimum of 3 yrs experience with MYOB & Xero accounting programs is essential.
Strong MS Office skills, especially Word, Outlook & Excel
High level of communication and customer service skills.
A professional and mature approach to the position.
Ability to work cooperatively within a small team of professionals.
Travel will be required to perform the related work.
Preparation of tax/BAS returns (not essential, but will be looked favourably)
Currently this role will be permanent part time with a view to full time.
