We are looking for a receptionist with a minimum of 1 years experience and who will be able to work in a fast paced environment. The right candidate will need to be friendly, have the ability to work in a close environment and be ready to face each day.
What would your role include
Your days may not always be the same, but your daily role would include:
Answering calls, answering basic queries and directing calls.
Meet clients as they enter the office and deal with any enquires.
Completing conflict checks.
Opening and closing files.
Preparing correspondence, such as letters and emails.
General office duties, such as collecting the mail and distributing the mail, assisting with banking, ordering stationary and helping to maintain a clean office.
You to have time management skills.
The ability to work in a team environment or work autonomously.
Have attention to detail.
Be able to deal with clients who are difficult.
Be polite, kind and proactive.
Have strong communication skills, both orally and written.
