We are looking for a receptionist with a minimum of 1 years experience and who will be able to work in a fast paced environment. The right candidate will need to be friendly, have the ability to work in a close environment and be ready to face each day.  


What would your role include


Your days may not always be the same, but your daily role would include:

  • Answering calls, answering basic queries and directing calls.  
  • Meet clients as they enter the office and deal with any enquires. 
  • Completing conflict checks. 
  • Maintaining diaries. 
  • Opening and closing files. 
  • Preparing correspondence, such as letters and emails. 
  • Transcribing dictations.  
  • General office duties, such as collecting the mail and distributing the mail, assisting with banking, ordering stationary and helping to maintain a clean office. 


  • You to have time management skills. 
  • The ability to work in a team environment or work autonomously.
  • Have attention to detail. 
  • Be able to deal with clients who are difficult. 
  • Be polite, kind and proactive. 
  • Have strong communication skills, both orally and written.
