Project Scheduler

Based at our office in Edinburgh North, Fast-paced and dynamic role, Maternity leave contract role.

We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Scheduler to join our dynamic and dedicated team, based at our office in Edinburgh North. You will be someone who has the ability to provide exceptional customer service and clear communication in a fast-paced role.

This a full-time, 6-month fixed-term contract to cover for maternity leave, with a possibility of a contract extension.

Reporting to the Scheduling Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate and prioritise customer project delivery to sites nationally
  • Manage workflow to ensure project delivery meets customer expectations
  • Drive and coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure timeframes are met
  • Provide administrative support to Contracting Construction team for the scheduling of labour
  • Communicate with customers regarding the status of frame delivery and install

 

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in a manufacturing or logistics role
  • Experience in the Building industry
  • Ability to communicate with stakeholders on all levels
  • Able to problem solve and negotiate positive outcomes that benefit both the customer and Supaloc
  • High level attention to detail
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
