To be successful in the role you will need:
Fast learner and a good decision-maker
Trustworthy; able to work independently and as part of a team.
Highly motivated and display attention to detail.
Must be physically fit and able to perform heavy lifting
Strong communication skills both verbally and written
Must be well presented as the role requires customer contact
Fluent in speaking and writing English
Must be available to work on-call / after hours
Possess a current Driver's License
Possess a Working with Children's Check and current Police Check
The ability to display empathy and understanding of our customers
Liaise with internal office staff, project managers & external clients
Complete all necessary job documentation
Knowledge and experience in the cleaning industry and basic computer skills would be advantageous, but training will be given to the successful candidate.
It would also be desirable if the candidate has some knowledge of the Insurance Industry and the commercial cleaning industry.
This position is casual with growth for a full-time position.
