Administration Assistant

Recruitment Select are proudly recruiting for a prominent local packaging business who are leaders in the field both locally and nationally. We are searching for someone to join their close knit team to work as an Office assistant working with both Administrative and Sales support.

The duties for this role include but not limited to:

  • Answering and transferring called to the appropriate staff member.
  • Meeting and greeting of clients
  • Purchasing and maintaining levels of supplies
  • Working with programs such as Netsuite ERP, including use of MYOB
  • Supporting the sales team
  • Creating quotes and pricing proposals
  • Rapport with existing customers
  • Coordination of meetings

Successful applicant will have the following attributes:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Quick learner
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently when necessary
  • Understanding of computer programs
  • Previous experience with Netsuite would be an advantage but no essential
