Banjo's Corporation are looking for a highly organised and professional Executive Assistant to provide a high level of administrative and general office support to the Legal Counsel and CEO/Managing Director.
Within this fast-paced role we are looking for an individual with exceptional organisation skills, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
At least three (3) years experience in a similar role; (Legal and secretarial experience will be an advantage)
Proficiency in all areas of MS Office, in particular Word and Excel;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to operate in a highly professional manner;
High level of document management with exceptional attention to detail;
Knowledge of Franchising and commercial contracts (preferred but not essential);
Impeccable phone manner;
Excellent communication skills ;
Good memory and recall;
High level of organisation skills;
Experience in diary management, arranging travel and organising meetings;
Experience managing employee files;
Proficient at effectively using online filing platforms (Sharepoint);
Able to follow instruction;
Able to maintain confidentiality.
