SEASONAL FIELD ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT

Balco Australia Pty Ltd is a major supplier of hay and straw products to international markets. Due to seasonal peak demands we are now seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join the field team based at Balaklava, South Australia.

Reporting to the Field Office Manager, you will 

be responsible for:

  • Data entry
  • Preparing and testing hay samples as per Balco Quality Assurance standards
  • Assisting the field team as required

 

To be successful in this role, you must be able to demonstrate a strong level of computer literacy

(Microsoft Office), and the ability to work extended hours during peak period as well as some weekend work

 

The successful person will need to possess the following:

  • A good work ethic
  • Excellent time management
  • Good attention to detail
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Sound communication skills

 

Relevant ongoing training will be provided to the successful candidate.

 

Available to start mid to late September until end December - This is typical but subject to seasonal conditions.
