QCWA Country Kitchens program is seeking a marketing professional, working part-time to fill our newly created role. Working within the team and reporting to the State Program Manager, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of all marketing initiatives relating to Country Kitchens program and services.
As the Marketing Coordinator you will be working closely with the Health Promotion Team Leaders and the QCWA Branch Facilitators to assist in the organisation and promotion of healthy eating and lifestyle initiatives within the parameters of the QCWA Country Kitchens Annual Plan. You will:
Fulfil the responsibilities of this role in accordance with QCWA values.
Develop and implement strategies that raise awareness and build engagement with the QCWA Country Kitchens program.
Design, develop, Implement and evaluate the annual marketing plan.
Work with Health Promotion Team Leaders (HPTL) to develop and implement strategies that raise awareness of and participation in our training and development PATHway by QCWA members.
Implement strategies to enhance and develop relationships with all who encounter/engage with QCWA Country Kitchens program to enable development of healthy eating and lifestyle behaviours.
Coordinate, develop and monitor the social media plan for our Facebook and Instagram pages to grow our presence on each platform.
Maintain and update marketing materials and event management materials, automation emails, Branch Facilitator (BF) on-boarding processes and general public engagement using CRM (Ontraport) and website (Wordpress).
Coordinate the organisation and promotion of QCWA Country Kitchens events hosted by HPTL or BF throughout the year.
Support the development of marketing tactics to further develop relationship of QCWA membership and the QCWA Country Kitchens program.
Manage the achievement of established Key Performance Indicators and targets relevant for your role.
Actively participate in and shape team and organisational learning in order to achieve health promotion goals and to support continuous improvement of community development.
Please note that, as a face of QCWA, you will need to understand the QCWA, its history, its importance to rural communities, and be able to relate to and respect members, many of whom have given decades of service to their communities on behalf of the QCWA. An important part of the job will be communicating a positive vibrant image of todays QCWA.
The successful applicant must hold a tertiary level qualifications in Marketing and/or Communications. Minimum of three years relevant post qualification experience. The incumbent is required to hold a valid Queensland Government working with children check blue card and a C Class Queensland Motor Vehicle Drivers Licence.
