Some of the key responsibilities and accountabilities:
Identify and development new opportunities
Develop and manage the growth of all customer relationships and network in the Pacific Parcelling trade lanes
Identify and execute cargo opportunities
Work closely with Operations, Port Captaincy and Contractors to ensure planning and execution of shipments is carried out seamlessly
Communicate with regional and head office teams in daily and weekly reports
Take responsibility for safety by displaying leadership principles of Safety
Skills / experience required:
Minimum 5 years within MPP or Dry Bulk parcel trades
Graduate of a recognised university
Experience with Veson/IMOS an advantage
Excellent communication skills
Strong knowledge of chartering terms
Financial and analytical skills
Highly developed organisation skills with ability to apply reasoning and judgment that represents the Company's best interests
