What are we looking for

In keeping with our focus on growth and technology, we are seeking to appoint a Business Process / Project Analyst to help the Directors map and implement a range of projects, processes and system changes in order to meet the objectives of this growing and dynamic practice.

The successful candidate will work in our Business Improvement Office and report to our Managing Director. They will bring with them a strong work ethic, be driven to achieve and a willingness to do what it takes to get the task complete.

Specifics of the role will include:

  • Work closely with the Managing Director on specific projects/priorities
  • Design, map and implement processes for a range of business units
  • Assist to configure data structures and roll out specific projects and action plans
  • Lead the creation of process plans that contain project goals, milestones, and resources
  • Collect and evaluate pertinent data and information
  • Prepare and review data and focus on identifying inefficiencies
  • Assist with inspecting effectiveness of active/new process improvement initiatives and make useful recommendations as required for further enhancements
  • Provide reports indicating system necessities and functions in terms of operations as required

Key Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, IT or related discipline
  • 8+ years experience in a similar or aligned role
  • Superior analytical and evaluating skills, mathematically minded
  • Advanced Excel, Visio and PowerPoint skills
  • Extensive experience with Office 365 Suite
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and/or change
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Can work under pressure and to deadlines
