Our client is seeking a CCMS Administrator to be working on their end clients iron ore project. FIFO roster is 2x1 and the initial contract is 3 months. Details of the role as follows:
CCMS training to stakeholders for the commissioning scope i.e. Contractors, Customer and Internal team members
Daily focal point between contractors & engineering department in data gathering activities for CCMS population
Population of project systemisation structures, documentation (ITR & Certificates), engineering tags and handover milestones into the CCMS
Generation of planned commissioning activities for allocated scope.
Support and governance of contractor CCMS focal points in their use of the completions system
Coordination of system completions and turnover activities including:
Expedites ITR and Punch List close out
Punch walk down coordination
Compilation and generation of documentation for turnover/handover dossiers from CCMS
At least 3 years experience using Hexagons Smart Completions CCMS (minimum 3years experience on an industry recognised Commissioning System)
Minimum of 4 years working on major projects in a construction/commissioning start-up and handover team
Strong stakeholder management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
