At AMA Products, we are looking for a suitable candidate who has extensive work experience as a Marketing Specialist. This role will be involved at all levels of the marketing effort with your key objective being the planning and delivery of end-to-end integrated campaigns to support the strong vision and business objectives.
You will be reporting to the General Manager and will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing relationships.
You will work closely with the sales team, to help develop the business and promote our services to the healthcare industry.
You will be responsible for:
Developing marketing policies and campaigns to support sales objectives
Advising executives on advertising strategies and campaigns to reach target markets, creating consumer awareness and effectively promoting the attributes of goods and services
Coordinating production of advertising campaigns involving specialised activities, such as artwork, copywriting, media scripting, television and film production and media placement, within time and budget constraints. Preparing and organising content for media advertising may include video, podcasts and other channels, working within a set budget.
Designing and preparing content for newsletters and delivering in a timely manner. Graphic design for brochures and other marketing material, using Photoshop or similar. Building relationships with specialists and GPs, including face to face meetings to introduce our services.
Research current trends in marketing technology. Develop concepts that drive differentiation, design latest techniques for proposal/presentation materials and brochures.
Develop market specific marketing plan; including market research, advertising plan, PR, trade-shows, and community involvement.
Manage all aspects of internal marketing and communication; including internal website and company meetings.
To meet and/or exceed annual marketing sales targets as prescribed by the annual budgets and To meet and/or exceed annual key objectives as prescribed by the Company Strategy.
Manage and maintain all project public relations ground-breaking events, openings, ceremonies, press releases, website, etc.
Commissioning and undertaking market research to identify market opportunities for new and existing goods and services.
Supporting business growth and development through the preparation and execution of marketing objectives, policies and programs
Identifying market opportunities and advise on the development, coordination and implementation of plans for pricing and promoting an organisation's goods and services.
Experience in marketing and communications minimum 2 years.
Competent in graphic design using Photoshop or similar.
Good working knowledge of websites.
Ability to understand Google analytics, and provide suggestions.
Experience in social media particularly Facebook, Linked in and Google Plus.
Excellent relationship building and communication skills
Resourcefulness and ability to work independently.
Current Drivers Licence
Degree in marketing/ business development
Previous experience in the medical industry.
The candidate will be offered a salary package of $65,000 - $75,000 plus super.
