Stance Global is a leading importer/ exporter and distributor of agriculture, equine and pet care products across Australia and Internationally.
We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper with a flexible skill set to join our team on a full time basis.
Responsibilities / about the role:
- Administrative support for all business areas
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Bank reconciliation and cash management
- Handle incoming accounts enquiries
- Assist and work closely with the Supply Chain Manager to manage shipping
- Facilitation of logistics functions relating to international shipments
- Timely processing of export documentation and other certificates where required

Skills and experience
Experience in XERO is essential
Experience with Ostendo or other ERP systems preferred
Highly developed financial administration skills across all aspects of accounting with a minimum 3 years bookkeeping experience
Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills and understanding of processes
Strong Excel and other Office skills
A strong sense of time management and organizational ability
The proven ability to multitask and work across various activities at any given time
Current driver's license
Salary will be based on level of experience and skills.
