Administration and Customer Service Officer - Cardiff Location
Just Careers Training Pty Ltd trading as Licences 4 Work is a Registered Training Organisation that operates on a National Level.
We are approved by ASQA, WorkCover NSW, WorkSafe WA, NSW Food Authority, TMR Queesland, SafeWork QLD, ACT Health and Roads and Maritime Services to deliver Nationally Recognised Training in Forklift Licensing, Construction White Card, First Aid Certificates, Traffic Control Tickets, Food Safety Supervisor Certificates, Pharmacy courses among many of our other full Qualifications.
Due to ongoing strengths and growth, we are now seeking a Full Time Administration/ Customer Service Staff to join our team at the Cardiff site. Some Saturday work required.
Your duties will include:
Taking a high volume of incoming calls and helping customers book their courses
High volume data entry
Assisting students with enquiries
General administration duties
To be successful in this role you MUST:
Have a bubbly and bright personality;
Be an absolute people person
Have experience using computers with an excellent typing speed and accuracy
Customer service skills
Excellent phone manner
Have a 'can do' attitude
If you have previous RTO experience then this will be extremely advantageous for you.
An excellent salary is on offer to the successful applicant, based on previous skills and experience.
