Production, Logistics & Sales Administrator - Temp Role

For over 20 years our client has been a trusted supplier of high profile brands and private label products to Pharmaceutical and OTC companies, Pharmacy Chains and FMCG Retail Chains in Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asia. They offer a relaxed and real family environment where the office dynamics are very important to the business.

They are seeking a candidate to provide assistance during a very busy period for their business. This candidate would need to have strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Location: Lower North Shore

Days / Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

Duration: Start: Monday 22nd June | Expected finish: June 31st July to 14th August

Our client is in need of a Production, Logistics & Sales Administrator to complete the following duties over the course of 1-2 months:

  • Follow up on each shipment at destination with Freight Forwarder
  • Prepare invoice and email to customer
  • Collate all purchase order documents and invoice, book DHL courier to send to customer
  • Record procedures and collate into Standard Operating Procedure for each customer

The ideal candidate would have a high level of attention to detail, noteworthy multitasking skills and excellent ability to communicate.

MYOB and Excel knowledge is required and proven attention to detail is a MUST for this role.
