Production, Logistics & Sales Administrator - Temp Role

They are seeking a candidate to provide assistance during a very busy period for their business. This candidate would need to have strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Location: Lower North Shore
Days / Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
Duration: Start: Monday 22nd June | Expected finish: June 31st July to 14th August

Our client is in need of a Production, Logistics & Sales Administrator to complete the following duties over the course of 1-2 months:
Follow up on each shipment at destination with Freight Forwarder
Prepare invoice and email to customer
Collate all purchase order documents and invoice, book DHL courier to send to customer
Record procedures and collate into Standard Operating Procedure for each customer
The ideal candidate would have a high level of attention to detail, noteworthy multitasking skills and excellent ability to communicate.
MYOB and Excel knowledge is required and proven attention to detail is a MUST for this role.
