We are seeking a highly skilled Office Manager to manage the finance and office operations of our local charity. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years Bookkeeping/ Office Management experience, excellent time management skills and a ideally a Certificate IV in Bookkeeping and Accounting. They will have the flexibility to prioritise and manage work flow in a busy environment.
We are a small but busy charity offering a range of essential services throughout the community. The successful applicant must have excellent time management skills, be flexible and work as a team player.
The role will be permenant fixed term for 6 months with a possibility of extension.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, payroll and salary sacrifice management, creditor and debtors, BAS lodgement, asset management, financial acquittals, reception, administration, budget design and monitoring, preparation of financial reports and board reporting.
Must have a clear AFP check.
Min 5 years experience MYOB Account right
Experience working within a not for profit setting
Excellent Computer literacy
Blue Card /Australian Federal Police Check clearance
