We are an Accounting and Financial Planning business based in Subiaco. We are seeking to employ an experienced paraplanner with administration skills to join our Financial Planning division. Our client base is diverse, and we seek to build long-term relationships with our clients. This role is ideally suited to someone who loves people and processes.
The successful applicant will be managing the administration work for the Financial Planning division of our business. This role is perfect for a candidate who can prioritise their workload, work efficiently and is highly organised.
We require someone for an immediate start, on a full-time basis, who is friendly and professional.
Your responsibilities would include:
Complete the administrative tasks for two servicing financial advisers.
Provide ongoing support to the advisers and other team members.
Monitor and prepare various compliance documents as required.
Manage, liaise with, and support other employees.
Communicate professionally with clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and respond to client queries were necessary.
Organise and schedule appointments.
Liaise with third parties such as, insurance companies, superannuation funds, Centrelink, banks and platform providers.
Maintaining the Xplan database for our clients.
Use Xplan to generate compliance and advice documents.
Manage client reviews and reports.
Implement advice including insurance applications, direct equities, and managed funds.
Monitor and regularly follow up any outstanding tasks.
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of compliance, regulatory and legal requirements.
Experience using Xplan.
Generating SoAs and RoAs from Xplan.
Ability to work within a team as well as independently.
Experience and understanding of Self Managed Superannuation Funds.
You will be working in a stable firm with a long history.

The standard office hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm, with a half hour lunch. We are flexible with the times you choose for your start, finish and breaks.
The position may be attractive to someone returning to the workforce.
We have a large staff room with a fully equipped kitchen.
Parking is provided.
