Sales Support Administrator

We are a residential property developer focused on building elegant and contemporary homes and townhouses.

An exciting opportunity exists for a casual full time Sales Assistant whos primary responsibility would be to support our Sales Team.

The role would include 5 days a week (including Saturdays) working from our Plumpton Sales Office and Port Melbourne Office.

Your tasks would include:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to potential clients
  • Welcoming clients to the sales office
  • Support the team with sales launches
  • General sales administration support
  • Assistance with customer queries on all social media platforms.
  • Preparing HIA build & land contracts
  • Data entry and creating client files   


This role is best suited to someone who possesses:

  • Strong customer service experience and a positive attitude
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • Clear and precise communication
  • Proactive approach
  • Attention to detail
  • Has worked within the property industry (preferred)


Full training will be provided. A foot in the door opportunity!
