Key Role Accountabilities
Reporting to the CEO, the Finance Manager is accountable for the financial operations and planning, financial information, reporting and funding of the Society.
Key Criteria The successful candidate is likely to possess the following attributes:
Five years in a senior finance function.
Professional and/or personal experience in the not-for-profit sector.
Experienced in partnering with a management team
Evidence of ongoing personal and professional development.
A proactive, inquisitive and energetic professional philosophy.
Verbal and written communication skills developed to a Board-level standard, along with past experience in working with Boards.
This role would suit a high energy, hands-on finance professional who may be looking for a broad finance operations role in a professional client environment.
