Due to our continued growth and the promotion of our current receptionist, we require a confident and hardworking receptionist to greet clients when they arrive and provide administration support throughout our real estate business.

The successful applicant will be:

Duties will include:

  • Greeting visitors and making tea and coffee
  • Maintaining office cleanliness
  • Administrative support
  • Mail processing
  • Sales and Leasing Administration
  • Filing
  • Data Entry

Experience in real estate is not essential and this position would suit an entry level applicant.
