Receptionist/Director of First Impressions

The Role

We are seeking a bright, personable individual, who presents well and has a positive, can-do attitude to join our team. 

The role is a full time position for a receptionist, providing support to the Directors and Solicitors of the firm.  Your duties will involve:

  • Greeting clients
  • Providing a professional approach, both on the phone and in person
  • Answering and forwarding telephone calls
  • General correspondence and document preparation;
  • Dictaphone typing
  • Organising inwards and outwards mail
  • General office duties and other administrative tasks
  • Ensuring that both inside and outside reception is clean and tidy

This job will suit someone who is hardworking, flexible and enthusiastic. You will possess the ability to learn quickly and take on the full duties of the role within a short space of time.  The successful applicant will need to have a pleasant phone manner and a strong desire to help people through difficult times. 

Previous office or law firm experience is desirable, but not necessary.

Salary will be commensurate with any experience you have.
