About the role

A full-time, initial 3-month contract position has become available for an Administrator to provide dedicated administrative support to our Small and Medium enterprise (SME) Team. You will gain exposure across a range of Export Finance Australias SME solutions in this busy role.

We will provide the necessary training and coaching for the ideal candidate for an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities

  • Know your Customer (KYC)/AML assist the team in completing the required searches and requirements as part of this compliance obligation
  • Facility Documentation assist with populating standard documents for transactions
  • Conditions precedent collection
  • Basic credit analysis including Moodys spreads
  • CRM database entry/update
  • Other ad hoc duties to support the team

No sales duties are required.

Skills and experience

  • A Minimum of 2 years administration or data entry experience
  • Administrative experience within a lending environment (with exposure to KYC/AML) is highly desirable
  • Highly organised with attention to detail
  • Excellent stakeholder management communication skills
  • A strong work ethic, able to prioritise and problem solve
