Administration Assistant

At Advanced Hearing, we look for individuals who have a genuine desire to help our patients with their friendly and caring outlook, passion for meeting and exceeding patient's needs and take pride in their work.

The successful candidate would be able to manage the day to day operations of our Audiology clinic, have excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

The position is full-time, Monday to Friday based at both our Surrey Hills and Doncaster clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the clinic
  • Administration duties
  • Diary management
  • Report typing
  • Handling financial transactions
  • Database maintenance

Successful candidates will have:

  • High level of organisational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both face to face and over the phone
  • Work cohesively within a team but also to work independently
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience within the healthcare industry
  • Patience and compassion
  • Well presented
