IDEXX is continuing to grow and we are looking for our newest IDEXXer to join our Customer Relations team as a Customer Relations Representative.
Reporting to the Customer Relations Manager, this role offers an opportunity to showcase your exceptional customer service skills to our veterinary customers in support of our unique and market leading diagnostic solutions. As the first point of contact this role is integral to ensuring our customers receive a first-class customer experience.
As a Customer Relations Representative, you will manage the customer interface and assist in the effective resolution of customer enquiries; ensure accurate updating and tracking of all customer information and requests; and provide feedback to the business to assist with our improvement initiatives. This is a diverse role assisting our customers and ensuring a premium level of support over the phone. In addition, you will build customer loyalty and drive customer education through proactive customer engagement. This is a part time role working four days per week with an occasional rostered Saturday.
The successful candidate
Were looking for an individual who is passionate about creating and delivering an exceptional customer experience while answering a high volume of daily calls.
To be successful, you will have had previous customer service experience and outstanding spoken and written communication skills. You will have demonstrated sound problem-solving skills and the use of initiative, will possessing the drive to welcome challenges as learning opportunities.
An understanding of the veterinary environment, or scientific diagnostic services is highly desirable, although you will receive comprehensive training. An aptitude to learn, and self-motivation whilst working in a team environment is essential.
