Finance/Accounts Clerk

Stockmaster Pty Ltd is looking to recruit an Finance & Accounts Clerk to attend to their in house finances.

Stockmaster is a fast paced, dynamic business so it is key that you use your initiative, excel under pressure, have good problem solving skills and are capable of working in a team environment as well as autonomously. Duties are not limited to finance and include some general administration as well.


The successful applicant will have experience with:

  • Xero financial system
  • Management of debtors and creditors
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Payroll, superannuation & workers comp processing and reporting
  • Cashflow management
  • Monthly financial reporting

Desirable attributes:

  • Formal accounts or business training at a Certificate IV level
  • 3 years experience minimum in a similar role
  • Advanced Microsoft office skills, focusing on Excel and Word

This is a full time position with flexible start and finish times, it is essential that core business hours are covered across the finance team.
