Administration Assistant- Training

The Position

Working in a fast-paced office environment, the Administrative Assistant Training position is customer-centric role which involves a high level of customer service to MBA clients and stakeholders. You will be supporting the broader short course team to deliver on key targets aligning to the organisation strategic direction.  

Key functions include:

  • Coordinating enrolments 
  • Client enquiry follow up 
  • Promoting of courses to members and non-members
  • Coordinating trainers
  • Supporting training processes
  • Working with training systems to maintain accurate records, and
  • Any other ad hoc administrative tasks as required.

  • Strong ability to prioritise workload.
  • Organisational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous customer service experience.


  • Previous experience in administration
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement and customer service.
  • An understanding of the Vocational Education and Training environment.
  • Ability to utilise electronic systems for training including VETtrak and Canvas
  • Cert IV or other relevant Business Administration qualification.
