We have a fantastic opportunity for experienced Site Administrators to join our team to assist in providing first class service to our Camp. This Role is a fantastic opportunity for someone wanting to move into an Administrative role on site, as this will encompass utility work as well as Site Administration.
To be successful, you will have to be:
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position as a Site Administrator
Flexibility to assist within other key departments on site (housekeeping, kitchen, mine site, bar/retail etc) is a must
Excellent communication skills, as you will be working front of house and passion for hospitality and customer services is required.
Previous experience with Site Accommodation software packages such as Inflight, SAMS, INX etc.
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office package
The ability to work well under pressure and multi-task in a hands on role
Class C, Manual Drivers Licence
FMG Inducted preferred but not essential
The successful candidate will need to complete a pre-employment medical which includes a drug and alcohol screen, National Police Clearance and Apply First Aid course prior to the commencement of assignment.
