As an Internal Sales / Website Office, you will be responsible for managing new and existing clients sales requests, you will also be responsible for our online orders through our various websites and our social media presence.
You will be working closely with our existing sales and support teams and you will be reporting directly to our General Manager.
Duties / Responsibilities
Day-to-day management of the website and online store including content, SEO, inventory management
Maintenance and optimisation of the website using website Content Management System and Google Analytics
Publish and monitoring of social media channels Instagram, Facebook, etc and moderate engagement with our online communities
Develop and implement digital advertising to maximise traffic, engagement and conversions including Facebook Ad Manager, Instagram, Google AdWords etc. in line with brand strategy
Implement marketing campaigns and communications with our database to inform customers of events, specials etc to increase product or service sales in line with brand strategy
Providing product information to customers
Develop and execute sales promotions
Competitor monitoring and reporting
Ad-hoc Administrative tasks as required to support other team members
Processing of web orders and management of postal services and supplies
Occasional telephone duties and face-to-face customer service
Follow up on customer requests and queries through our multiple platforms Social Media, Website Chat, Email etc.

Skills and qualifications
Previous sales or online sales background would be an advantage
Experience using WordPress, Web Commerce,
SEO knowledge and practices.
Intermediate use Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, with knowledge of PDF manipulation.
Excellent communication and writing skills; ability to compose informative newsletters & professional email responses
Excellent planning, organisational and analytical skills with attention to detail, ability to prioritise workload appropriately and has a strong aptitude for problem solving.
Demonstrated experience in fulfilling the role duties as outlined above
Implementing paid Social Media advertisements and maintaining proactive and prolific social media accounts
