ComfortDelGro Corporation Australia (CDC) is the largest private bus operator in NSW. Our subsidiaries, Qcity, Hillsbus, Hunter Valley Buses, Forest Coachlines and Blue Mountains Transit, provide passenger transport services statewide. 

The Role:

Customer Service Ambassadors (CSAs) provide customer service and advice for our passengers from key Sydney city locations.  The roles start and finish at our Foundry Road (Seven Hills) Operations Control Centre (OCC) and bus transportation to the city and back is provided.  The hours of work are 3pm 8pm Monday to Friday.  This is outdoor work; appropriate weather conditions clothing is provided.


  • Assist drivers to ensure passengers may enter the bus via rear door in a safe and effective manner
  • Assist with passenger enquiries at key bus stops
  • Provide outstanding customer assistance involving;
  • Route Information,
  • Arrival and Departure information
  • Communication of passenger/traffic issues affecting service delivery via a portable 2-way radio back to the OCC
  • Ability to act upon advice given by the OCC
  • Always demonstrate professionalism and courteousness

  Key skills and requirements:

  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work and resolve issues raised by our customers and drivers
  • Good knowledge of Sydney Metropolitan demographic
  • Professional attitude when dealing with drivers and customers
  • Neat and tidy appearance
  • Ability to think on your feet and look for solutions providing positive outcomes for our passengers and services
  • Punctuality and reliability
