We have an opportunity for a Casual Customer Service Representative required to work in a hospital environment. Basic computer skills and strong customer service skills required.

Hills Health Solutions is the number one provider of interactive patient care: communications, nurse call, patient engagement and entertainment systems for the hospital and aged care sectors. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative on a casual basis to service Northern Beaches and North Sydney Hospitals. Shifts are a minimum of 3 hours and a maximum of 5 hours, candidates must be available to work at Weekends.
Our onsite Customer Service Representatives work at the hospitals where our (TV) systems are in operation. The work entails visiting patients at the bedside and collecting payment for the entertainment service as well as connecting the service. Customer Service Representatives are also responsible for reporting service faults and banking money collected during their shift. Candidates must be comfortable working in a hospital environment and with handling cash.
Our ideal candidate will have basic computer skills, excellent Customer service and sales skills, a current police check, working with children card and the ability to work unsupervised. Applicants will be subjected to a pre-employment and police check.
