Our highly skilled team is based at a state of the art facility in Fairfield and is currently seeking a highly skilled cabinetmaker to join our team. Think Joinery has an industry recognised record of achievement in the on time and on budget completion of large scale projects in the kitchen and architectural joinery field, and is regarded as an employer of choice in the trade.

Our modern and efficient facility currently has two Biesse flatbed CNC routers that produce a quality product.
Our ideal candidate will have the following Capabilities:
Accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent up front communication skills
Hold a current Australian trade Certificate
Able to work in a team environment
Ability to work autonomously
Time management and self-management is an essential requirement for this position
Be able to supply all hand tools
Ability to read and understand CAD based drawings
Your duties will include:
Meet KPI's Set out by Factory Foreman
Interpret plans to build the required cabinets.
Manufacture cabinetry in a timely manner
Strictly control the quality of product coming off the benches rejecting anything that does not fall within our quality standards.
Check that all assembled cabinets match the Cad drawings in the designated job folder.
Be punctual, hardworking and dedicated.
