We are looking for an experienced, organised and dedicated Accounts/Administration Officer. Reporting to our Finance Manager you will play an integral part in Mercatos day to day accounts activities and other varied administrative tasks.
Working as part of a supportive and talented team, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Managing the end to end accounts payable process
Timely and accurate entry of high volumes of invoices matched to purchase orders
Reconciling creditor accounts
Telephone answering and assisting with customer enquiries
Backup to weekly payroll
General office duties - filing, banking, stationery supplies, petty cash.
Adhoc finance and administration duties as required
MS Office (esp. Excel)
ERP usage (preference to MYOB Exo)
Significant and demonstrated experience in end to end accounts payable processes, experience in a retail environment is a distinct advantage
Strong communication skills with the ability to maintain positive working relationships.
