Customer Sales / Branch Administration

Due to our recent expansion we require an experianced Customer Sales / Branch Administration person.  

  • Facilitate the serving of customers and account holders, via face to face, email or telephone enquiries.
  • Coordinate and maintain branch paperwork, dockets, invoices and banking 
  • Processing sales orders, return and credit claims, sales quotes, monitoring sales margins and profitability
  • Stock clean and maintain the sales showroom and call centre work areas
  • Develop relationships with all customer bases and maintain a professional, courteous manner at all times.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement of Branch and office practices and processes.
  • Processing of sales orders, some level of picking and packing.


  • Participate in branch stocktakes and regular call cycle counts
  • Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle
  • Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients complaints
  • Inform customers about new products and services
  • Always follow all company workplace safety procedures and practices
