About the Role
In this role you will support the Digital Marketing Executive and be responsible for:
Assisting the Digital Marketing Executive to drive acquisition performance and development both in domestic and global markets to meet lead generation targets within established CPL constraints.
Assisting with the execution of all digital marketing campaigns across Search, Social, Display, email and other lead gen channels.
Ensuring spend and CPA/ROI targets are met.
Conducting frequent analysis and reporting of campaign effectiveness, including lead generation performance, creative performance & audience performance.
Identifying trends and insights, and optimise performance based on the insights.
Developing effective paid search strategies and managing spends accordingly for campaigns across Google Ads & Display Network and YouTube, ensuring the campaigns are optimized for success in order to hit target.
Conducting regular keyword research, insights, ad creation and bid management.
You will have 6 months + experience with Google Ads and the desire to learn all things digital;
demonstrate superb attention to detail and great computer skills (including Excel);
have to the ability to cope with changes and adapt to new work conditions, surroundings and processes;
be inquisitive and demonstrate desire to understand and know more; and
respond well to guidance and feedback from direct reports.
