Axiom College is seeking the right individuals to join our Administration team. We pride ourselves in developing individuals to reach their maximum potential.
As a Junior Administration Assistant you will learn a variety of skills to kick start your career.
Some of our Administration duties include:
Responsible for incoming calls and providing information to clients
Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
Interacting with internal teams to ensure effective outcomes
Data entering and maintaining student records in our corporate database
Resource Ordering, Printing and Binding
General administration tasks as required
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
To join our team we are looking for an individual with the following attributes:
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Highly self-motivated with a positive attitude
A personable and helpful manner with a 'can do' approach that takes ownership of what needs to be done
