You will be responsible for all account related activities. 

You will be a self-motivated individual who has meticulous attention to detail. 

As an Accounts Administrator, your key responsibilities will be: 

  • Account Reconciliations
  • Accounts Receivables and Payables 
  • End of Month Reporting
  • Processing Fortnightly Payroll 
  • Fortnightly Client Payouts 
  • Chasing Missed Payments & Processing Refunds
  • Monitoring Account & Support Emails 
  • Resolving and Responding to Queries 
  • Provide Management Reporting
  • Scanning/Electronic Filing 
  • General Admin Duties
  • Identify Opportunities for Continuous Improvements
  • Creating Processes & Policies 
  • Other Duties as Assigned by the Manager 

The successful applicant should have the following attributes:

  • Experience Working in a Small to Medium Business
  • Intermediate level of Xero experience and G-Suite competencies
  • Have full knowledge of overall accounts tasks including accounts payable and receivable
  • Effective communication in a team environment
  • Highly organised, professional attitude and exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Must have your own laptop and mobile phone

Initially, this is a part-time role for between 20-25 hours per week.  However these will be reviewed at the end of the probationary period and if needed the role may change to full-time.
