Our fast- growing business requires a dynamic, highly motivated and confident Admin Assistant to work with our head office team to ensure the smooth processing of office duties.

The successful candidate will focus on the administrative duties of the business as well as processing training bookings for training.
Processing business travel bookings
Facilitate office purchasing
Monitor purchasing processes
Assist with fleet management (booking in vehicles, organising insurance claims etc)
Answering overflow phones and directing calls
Take and forward messages accurately
Assist with debt collection duties as required
Maintain and tend to the front desk
Ordering office supplies
Collect and distribute mail
Ensure office areas are clean and tidy
Other duties as directed
The successful candidate will have the following qualities and skills:
Be confidant in using Microsoft Office Suite
Possess a cheerful and positive manner
Excellent time management and have the ability to work unsupervised
High level of attention to detail
Ability to problem solve
