We're hiring a Permanent position for a Service Coordinator to join our civil maintenance team. Reporting to the Contracts Manager you will be required to assist with general office administration and schedule daily work for our civil crews.
Assist with incoming enquiries from clients and external contractors
Filing and preparation of dial before you dig requests
Assist with project administration support
Coordinate service jobs, including data entry of job sheets, purchase orders and invoices
Notifying customers of scheduled work
Updating records into our job management system
Taking minutes for tool box talks
Provide general office support, answering phone queries, filing, preparations of office documents, stationary, printing
To be successful we're looking for someone with;
Office administration experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with all internal and external stakeholders
Computer savy to operate a range of systems including Microsoft office platforms
Must be team orientated, and can work in a fast paced environment
Preferred if you had experience within the construction industry or a service related role.
