Our two modern Toowoomba offices operate out of Margaret Street and the Walton Stores Precinct. Our new All-rounder will focus on supporting Directors and Business Leads. Our new All-rounder will always put our clients first, learn quickly and adapt to change often. | 

Key responsibilities

  • Data entry and configuring self-assessment tools into our bespoke software for clients to access.
  • Field incoming queries and proactively make contact with partners and clients in following set call plans.
  • Coordinate meetings, bookings, schedules and the arrangements of Directors and team.
  • General administrative duties such as processing mail and receipts, managing Outlook calendars and taking meeting minutes.

About you

The successful candidate will ideally have a recently demonstrated record of delivering first-rate support to both clients and internal stakeholders at all tiers of management.
