Our two modern Toowoomba offices operate out of Margaret Street and the Walton Stores Precinct. Our new All-rounder will focus on supporting Directors and Business Leads. Our new All-rounder will always put our clients first, learn quickly and adapt to change often.

Data entry and configuring self-assessment tools into our bespoke software for clients to access.
Field incoming queries and proactively make contact with partners and clients in following set call plans.
Coordinate meetings, bookings, schedules and the arrangements of Directors and team.
General administrative duties such as processing mail and receipts, managing Outlook calendars and taking meeting minutes.
The successful candidate will ideally have a recently demonstrated record of delivering first-rate support to both clients and internal stakeholders at all tiers of management.
