About the Role

A great opportunity has arisen for a part time Receptionist to join our company working 3 days per week with the availability to work additional hours if required.

The Receptionist will work alongside our team and will be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls and greeting clients
  • Assisting in the management of company assets
  • Assisting in the management of training and inductions
  • Ordering of supplies including stationery, uniform and safety items
  • Receive incoming deliveries and couriers
  • General office administrative duties as required

About You
You will have the following attributes:

  • Have a strong work ethic
  • Reliable, punctual and dependable
  • Highly organised with attention to detail
  • Strong in both verbal and written communication
  • Able to work well under pressure and can multi-task
  • A team player and able to work with minimum supervision
  • Advance MS Office

You must currently hold:

  • Current Drivers Licence
