Payroll Human Resource Information Services (PHRIS) Officer - 2 Positions

(a) Essential Requirements

  • Certificate in Business and/or Financial Services and/or a minimum of 3 years work experience within similar fields. 
  • A proven capacity for payroll processing, data entry and analysis.
  • Excellent oral, written, interpersonal and communication skills with a customer services approach to query resolution
  • High level of attention to detail, quality and accuracy.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the current employment legislation, and the ability to interpret and represent relevant Awards and Enterprise Agreements, and internal HR policies
  • Solid time management skills and ability to prioritise.
  • Willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues within a team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport, trust and confidence with employees at all levels within the organization
  • Ability to work collaboratively within and across Central office teams, agencies, school communities and parishes  
  • Current Drivers Licence
